Welcome to Ethereal Exchange
We are Rae and AJ, a mother-daughter team with more than 20 years of combined experience in the estate sale and liquidation world. We understand that clearing a home is about more than simply selling belongings. Often, it comes during a major life transition or after the loss of someone you love. Our goal is to make that process as simple, respectful, and stress-free as possible.
Rather than hosting a traditional estate sale that is open to the public, Ethereal Exchange offers a more private and personalized approach to estate liquidation. We work with a network of approximately 30–75 individual dealers and buyers, each specializing in different areas. This allows us to find the right buyers for everything from furniture, antiques and artwork to collectibles, tools, garage items, everyday household goods, and everything in between.
Our services can include estate liquidation, downsizing and moving assistance, final property cleanouts, and real estate solutions. Depending on the needs of the estate, we can work on an hourly basis or through a 50/50 split arrangement.
For families who also need to sell the property, we work exclusively with a real estate investor who can provide an option for those interested in a simple and expedited home sale.

AJ is a gifted Medium who offers optional spiritual services for families who feel their home or loved one may need additional closure.
