Whether you're handling the estate of a loved one, preparing for a move, downsizing, clearing out a property, or simply unsure where to begin, Rae and AJ are here to help make the process easier.

Tell us a little about your situation and the services you're interested in. Every property and family is different, so we'll work with you to determine the best approach for your needs.

Please include:

• Your name and preferred contact information

• The location of the property

• A brief description of the home and its contents

• Your desired timeline

• Whether the property needs a full or partial liquidation

• Whether you would like a final cleanout

• Whether you're interested in discussing a potential quick sale of the property through our real estate investor

• Whether you're interested in AJ's spiritual services, including a spiritual house cleansing or mediumship session

• Any additional circumstances or concerns you'd like us to know about

Once we receive your inquiry, we'll reach out to discuss the property, answer your questions, and determine the next steps.

Not sure exactly what you need? That's okay. Tell us what's going on, and we'll help you figure out where to start.
